PRO 402: Performance Communication at NYU: This online program will guide you through the stages of the Performance Communication process at NYU. The course agenda includes:

  • Overview of the NYU Performance Communication process
  • The fundamentals of goal setting
  • Performance communication throughout the year
  • Steps to prepare a comprehensive self-assessment for the year-end performance conversation
  • Tools and techniques to help managers create and deliver effective performance feedback
