They were created by the NYC Department of Health, Journeyworks, the Truth Initiative, the New York State Quitline, and  NYC Treats Tobacco.

Nicotine Replacement Therapy

Please complete our to Nicotine Replacement Therapy Order Form request Nicotine Replacement Therapy. We have patches, gums, and lozenges in all doses. This is available to health systems that partner with NYC Treats Tobacco.
