NYCTT will work with your organization to create or update your organization’s Tobacco Dependence Treatment policy using evidence-based treatment.

NYCTT hosts trainings and webinars for providers, staff, and other health professionals regarding tobacco cessation. Additionally, NYCTT can send a select number of providers to Memorial Sloan Kettering’s 4 Day MSK Tobacco Treatment Specialist Program.

NYCTT will work with your organization to create or update your organization’s Clinical Pathway Workflow for Tobacco Dependence Treatment.

Updated Electronic Health Record
NYCTT quality improvement specialists will help improve your electronic health records to include alerts, templates, or smart forms to prompt and support routine screening and tobacco dependence treatment.

Automated Referrals to Smokers’ Quitlines
NYCTT quality improvement specialists will help your organization develop a smokers’ registry to facilitate automated referrals to New York State Smokers' Quitline, Opt-to-Quit™, and/or the Asian Smokers' Quitline.

Quality Metric Measurement
NYCTT will help facilitate tobacco dependence treatment performance monitoring at your organization.

Materials for Cessation
NYCTT can provide your organization with educational self-help materials on tobacco cessation and cessation support services.

Nicotine Replacement Therapy Supply
NYCTT can provide its partner organizations the opportunity to obtain free NRT.
Health Systems Mini Grants
For a limited time, NYCTT is offering healthcare organizations we work with mini grants of up to $5,000. Mini grants can be used to offset your organization's expenses related to supporting tobacco cessation system change.
