Syringe Services Programs (SSPs) provide a range of services including:
- Access to sterile syringes and injection equipment
- Disposal of used syringes and injection equipment
- Linkage to drug use treatment programs
- Providing testing for HIV and hepatitis C
- Linkage to care and treatment for HIV and hepatitis C
- Naloxone to reverse opioid overdose
- Fentanyl test strips
