Section on Evidence Synthesis and Literature Searching (ESLS)

Evidence synthesis and literature searching is the foundation that supports the four research sections of the ISEE Lab.  Synthesizing high-quality research used for implementation research is essential, and the ASSESS Tool facilitates this process.  There is an art and skill to searching the literature, and the ISEE Lab maintains the highest standards in search strategy development, including the development of search strategy templates, referred to as “hedges” for low- and middle-income countries and the eight implementation science variables.
