About the Program

The NYU All of Us BRIDGE program aims to equip early- to mid-career researchers with the skills necessary to use the All of Us dataset. NYU All of Us BRIDGE offers two services: biostatistical consultations and an intensive two-week workshop. Learn more below.

Biostatistical Consultation

NYU All of Us BRIDGE's biostatistical consultation service aims to:

  1. Be a high-quality resource for statisticians using All of Us data;
  2. Educate and train the next generation of All of Us researchers.

Early- and mid-career researchers are eligible for up to 15 hours of consultation at no cost.  NYU All of Us BRIDGE consultants can advise researchers on many topics, including data analysis and grant development. Consultants can offer feedback at all stages of the research process:

  • Proposal and grant development
  • Hypothesis generation
  • Study design
  • Data validation and cleaning
  • Statistical analysis
  • Interpretation and visualization of results
  • Manuscript submission and revision

Intensive Two-Week Summer Workshop

The intensive two-week All of Us summer workshop is for 20 to 25 early- to mid-career researchers looking to grow their quantitative and programming skills when using the All of Us Researcher Workbench. The workshop focuses on All of Us data from electronic health records and Fitbit devices. Participants will be paired with experienced All of Us users throughout the workshop.
