Brian

Brian is a 2nd-year student in a dual-degree MPA/MPH program at NYU. Brian has worked in various settings, from the Emergency Room of a local New York City hospital to the classrooms of New York City public schools. Currently, Brian is involved in psychiatric research at the Feinstein Institute for Medical Research in Manhasset, New York. Here he analyzes the fMRI images of patients with debilitating depression to seek effective treatment options. With extensive experience in the public service field, Brian has witnessed first-hand the immense benefit of collaborating with community members and peers to find solutions to complex social issues. He believes that we should strive to establish robust healthcare access and delivery for all so that everyone can reach their highest potential. Outside of his passion for public health, Brian enjoys skateboarding, playing the guitar, and spending time with his friends and family.
