GCIS is excited to offer a program for emerging scholars to integrate into our implementation science research community. As a GCIS Scholar, you play an integral role in our vibrant research ecosystem through active participation in seminars, symposiums, and special events.
Scholars also can access a number of exciting professional development opportunities including:
- Directing E2GI Lab-based projects
- Receiving special access to trainings
- Specialized feedback on implementation science-related materials such as conference abstracts
- Exclusive "meet the speaker" forums to facilitate networking with visiting scholars and seminar speakers
Furthermore, the program supports excellence by providing potential funding for D&I conference registration, ensuring that our Scholars have the resources necessary to advance their careers and represent GCIS on the global stage.
Eligibility for GCIS Scholars is limited to NYU PhD and DrPH students. Interested students should apply via the form below and include their CV, brief justification of why you want to participate in this program, and 3-5 bullet points of relevant IS activities.
