- Antonin Dura is a Project Director at Alcimed. He graduated with an MSc. in Business Administration from Reims Management School, one of the top French business schools. Antonin joined Alcimed more than 10 years ago, starting out as a Consultant in the healthcare practice and moved his way up to Project Director. In his different roles, he has worked extensively with Pharmaceutical companies, MedTech as well as Animal Health companies. He also participated in the creation of the US office, which he now leads.

Kayana Jean-Philippe, MPH, is an Associate Consultant at Syneos Health Consulting, a management consulting firm designed to help the biopharmaceutical industry shorten the distance from lab to life. She is part of the commercial strategy team where she helps pharmaceutical companies tackle highly complex business and market challenges and develops actionable strategies for clients. Before joining Syneos Health Consulting, Kayana worked as a global health strategy consultant at Rabin Martin, supporting leading pharmaceutical companies on initiatives focused on access to essential medicines in sub-Suharan Africa. Prior to Rabin Martin, Kayana supported the development of Mount Sinai’s ambulatory surgery center in Kyabirwa, Uganda by conducting primary and secondary research to develop an impact investment case. Kayana earned her MPH in Global Health and Health Policy & Management and a B.S. in Nutrition & Dietetics from New York University. She has also studied at NYU Paris, NYU Abu Dhabi, and Geneva, Switzerland.

Carl Rana (GPH '16) is a Management Consultant at Accenture in their Strategy and Consulting entity aligned to Public Service in the Industry Consulting practice. Throughout his time at Accenture, he has had a variety of clients, including state government, hospitals, chemical manufacturers, and pharmaceutical companies. Carl's primary focus is on change management, particularly in the communications and training areas, where he creates training and transition strategies to help clients be brought into their more effective future states. He is passionate about helping the public sector break through the red tape and help keep them up-to-date to effective serve their communities with the latest trends in technology, which translates over into better healthcare outcomes.
