Join Diane Sepa-Kishi, Product Manager and Instructional Designer at Beyond the Professoriate, for an introduction to the professional development e-learning platform for PhDs and postdocs. After attending this presentation, you'll be able to describe the challenges PhDs face in their job search, identify the resources in Beyond the Professoriate that can help you, and apply tips and strategies to confidently begin your career exploration and job search.
Diane Sepa-Kishi earned her PhD in Kinesiology and Health Science at York University and is the Product Manager and Instructional Designer at Beyond Prof. She creates and delivers the curriculum and webinars within the PhD Career Training Platform and manages the on-boarding process and customer support for partner institutions. While earning her PhD, Diane earned certifications in teaching and learning, and before coming to BtP, she worked at a medical health sciences campus in their teaching and learning center.
