Social entrepreneurs, NGO leaders, and frontline workers are facing unprecedented levels of burnout, financial strain, and moral injury. At the same time, leadership in social purpose organizations is under mounting pressure—navigating funding constraints, shifting donor priorities, and demands to adopt traditional business norms. These realities call for collective reflection, renewed approaches, and shared practices to protect the wellbeing and vision of those driving social change.
The program will consist of three curated sessions, each lasting approximately 45 minutes, designed to build momentum and offer distinct yet interconnected perspectives. Sessions will include a mix of personal storytelling, expert insights, and interactive dialogue to foster reflection and peer learning.
