Join Care Design NY for an inside look at their work supporting individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities across New York State. Representatives will share an overview of the organization and discuss how care managers coordinate the many aspects of managed care to ensure members receive the services and support they need. This session is a great opportunity to learn more about careers in care management and the impact of coordinated care on community health.
