This year’s symposium brings together leading voices across disciplines to examine the evidence base and lived experiences shaping holistic care for individuals living with sickle cell disease. The symposium explores three interconnected themes: the therapeutic role of music, the importance of mental health support, and the impact of nutrition on the quality of life of individuals living with SCD.
