In this a compelling webinar, Dr. Luke Fowler will discuss policy implementation and key practices. Fowler is a Professor of Public Policy and Administration at the School of Public Service at Boise State University. His research interests include policy implementation, collaboration and collective action, energy and environmental policy, and state and local government. Fowler's latest book is Democratic Policy Implementation in an Ambiguous World. He is the author of two books and more than four dozen journal articles appearing in many of the field’s top journals, including Policy & Politics, Governance, Public Administration, Policy Studies Journal, Review of Policy Research, Administration & Society, and American Review of Public Administration. Fowler previously served as the Faculty Director of SPS and MPA Director. He received his PhD from Mississippi State University.
