Please check your email for an event registration confirmation message.

Thank you for your RSVP.  On behalf of all of us at the School of Global Public Health (GPH), we are thrilled that you’ll be joining us in-person for the official ribbon cutting ceremony of public health’s new home at New York University (NYU) located at 708 Broadway between West 4th and Washington Place.

The ceremony will begin promptly at 3:00 pm. We ask that you arrive at 2:30 pm so that we can speed your entry and ensure it is seamless.

If you plan to attend the official ribbon cutting virtually instead of in-person, you will find the livestream and more information on the GPH website. This page will be updated on the day of the event with the live stream so you don't have to log in anywhere. A reminder email will also be sent the morning of.

NYU Covid-19 Protocols
  • Due to Covid-19 protocols on NYU’s campus, we are gathering a small group in person and live-streaming the ceremony to those unable to join us as we work to keep density in the building low.
  • If you are a member of the NYU community, you can use your Daily Screener to gain access to our building.
  • If you aren’t employed by NYU, you will be required to upload proof of vaccination. You will receive an email from NYU Campus Safety in the next 1-2 days asking you to upload your proof of vaccination. We ask that you please complete this no later than Friday, March 18 as it takes 3-5 days for these uploads to be approved. If you encounter any difficulties with the uploading form, please contact Vera Penavic at vzp202@nyu.edu for assistance.
  • Please note: Once you are cleared by NYU Campus Safety to come in-person, you will also be asked to use the NYU Daily Screener to enter the building. Information on how to access this can be found on the approval email you receive from NYU Campus Safety.
  • Upon entering the building and for the duration of your visit, masks are still required to be worn.

Thanks again and we look forward to seeing you on Thursday, March 31st!

Sincerely,
