The MPH Public Health Nutrition prepares students to improve health and well-being through population-based behavioral, educational, and policy approaches. Students are trained to identify, assess, and address food- and nutrition-related challenges among diverse populations, recognizing the social, cultural, economic, environmental, and institutional factors that contribute to malnutrition, poor health outcomes, and chronic disease.

This concentration is a 46-credit program that is offered full-time/part-time and can be completed in-person, through a hybrid model, or fully remotely. All online courses, except for one, are asynchronous, allowing students the flexibility to complete coursework at times that work best for them.
