This symposium will bring together key stakeholders, researchers, health system leaders, and community organizations for a robust discussion about the current evidence for primary and secondary prevention of violence in New York City, with a specific focus on hospital-based violence intervention programs. The discussions will highlight barriers and facilitators to implementing and scaling these programs, and potential strategies for optimizing impact.
