Dr. Chris Dickey and Dr. Gbenga Ogedegbe invite you to join the NYU College of Global Public Health on April 11th, 2018 for a lecture by Dr. Rajesh Vedanthan, a leading cardiovascular disease researcher and implementation science expert from Mount Sinai School of Medicine. This forum will introduce faculty and graduate students to the various models of implementation research with a specific focus on translation of evidence-based public health interventions to practice in low and middle-income countries.
At this event Dr. Vedanthan will present his implementation science research and global health work in Kenya with AMPATH as a case study. Following this, student and faculty will have a chance to meet with Dr. Vedanthan to discuss careers within his field of global health.
