Information Session For Bioethics Minor

Please join the Center for Bioethics at the College of Global Public Health to learn more about the new Bioethics minor for undergraduate students, launching Fall 2018.

Bioethics is the interdisciplinary study of ethical issues arising in health care, the biological sciences, and emerging technologies. Topics in bioethics include genetic engineering and human enhancement, health inequalities and the allocation of scarce medical resources, disability and mental illness, autonomy and addiction, the moral status of animals and the environment, and big data and privacy.

The Bioethics minor is suitable for students with a wide variety of academic interests and career goals.

All are welcome to attend. Pizza and beverages will be served.
