Dr. Chris Dickey and Dr. Gbenga Ogedegbe invite you to join the NYU College of global Health on February 28 for a lecture by Dr. Saria Hassan titled, "Aiming for Effective and Sustainable Diabetes Prevention: The Role of Implementation Science".

Dr. Hassan is an Instructor in General Internal Medicine at the Yale School of Medicine. She is also currently the Deputy Director of the NIMHD-funded Yale-Transdisciplinary Collaborative Center for Health Disparities focused on Precision Medicine (Yale-TCC), that seeks to reduce the burden of non-communicable diseases among Caribbean-descent populations. As lead of the Implementation Core, Dr. Hassan has led the design and implementation of a multi-site diabetes prevention intervention, which she will be discussing during this seminar.
