The Office of Undergraduate Programs invites you to join us for our “At A Crossroads?” series, featuring Joelle Robinson, as we explore the intersection of Public Health Entrepreneurship & Food Justice. Ms. Robinson will share her career experiences in public health to include working in local and federal government, non-profits, entrepreneurship and private consulting. This discussion is aimed at current students exploring career options and will provide an opportunity for questions and dialogue.
Joelle Robinson, MPH is a Social Scientist, founder and principle of RODIA Consulting Collaborative and a doctoral candidate at the John Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health. Her work focuses on the development and transformation of policies that are rooted in a holistic definition of wellness. As a public health professional for the past ten years, Joelle has worked in local and federal government implementing programs, evaluations, and conducting research to inform policy. She also works in community with black farmers and organizers on food sovereignty, food security, and food justice issues within the District of Columbia and the Mid-Atlantic region.
