Hosted by the Gallatin Research Incubator
Are you interested in public health or bioethics or want to know what health research looks like in the field? Come talk to two NYU professors about what it's like to work and research across fields of public health, medical ethics, and other topics in the medical field. The Gallatin Research Incubator is holding a panel Q&A with GPH's Professor Aisha King and Gallatin's Professor David Wills on their experiences and advice for those interested in health research. We'll have hot cocoa, sweet treats, and helpful resources for everyone to take home!
Come talk about bioethics research with the GRI, NYU's interdisciplinary research club on campus. For our second event of the semester, we'll do a quick rundown on the frontiers of bioethics and public health research and generate conversation about how to get involved in research on or off campus as undergraduates. This event is for any undergraduate students interested either in medical research, pre-med students are encouraged to attend!
As a pre-professional club, we help connect students to exclusive opportunities on and off campus and educate them on how to conduct and seek out their own research projects. This year, we have some upcoming coffee chats with prominent research figures as well as workshops on research software and valuable skill sets. Come for the free perks, stay for the free resources; it's always for students, by students.
This event is open only to current NYU students, faculty, and staff. Registration through Engage is required.
