Join Work Life for a panel discussion on the relationship between the workplace and well-being and how to prioritize mental health at work.
The past several years have placed an increased burden on our well-being and mental health. The global pandemic, economic instability, political unrest, racial discrimination, and the breakdown of our social systems have resulted in increased stress, anxiety, isolation, and depression.
Recognizing the systemic link between individual and organizational health, many workplaces are exploring ways to create more supportive environments. Implementing organizational change can have a significant and direct impact on the well-being of employees, departments, schools, and University culture and climate. Join Work Life for a virtual panel discussion on the relationship between the workplace and well-being and how to prioritize mental health at work.
