Human and Planetary Health Roundtable & Symposium: Foregrounding Local Research and Data

Hosted by the GPH Center for Health Data Science

This two-day event hosted by GPH’s Center for Health Data Science includes an invitation-based Roundtable to highlight and enable exchange of ideas, with a focus on crystallizing how we can elevate research from communities most impacted by climate change. Planned attendees are from the WHO, Institute for Health Metrics and Evaluation (IHME), and several other prominent global academic institutions. 

The second day is a Symposium including research presentations and a workshop on using climate data in population health research. All students, trainees and faculty interested in sharing their work and learning about the latest data-driven methodologies and strategies in pursuit of improving human and planetary health are encouraged to keep this event in mind.
