Recently, we honored the memory of Ellen C. Gstalder, who was accepted into NYU to study Public Health Nutrition in our MPH program, but sadly lost her life to leukemia in 2004. Her parents, Bobbi and Herb Gstalder, family and friends established a scholarship here in her memory. An extended group of CGPH faculty, students, and alumni, gathered last weekend to announce the 2016-2017 recipients and finalists of the Ellen C. Gstalder Memorial Scholarship.
Congratulations to Alexandra Harvey and Anagha Rai who were named scholarship winners; Senji Lama and Ingrid Wells as finalists; and Giada Scarpetti and Leslie Jones as Rising Stars in our Public Health Nutrition program.
