E-Cigarettes are making international headlines and remain a controversial topic in both the public health community and the public at large. Do they hold the potential to save millions of lives if smokers switch from combustible cigarettes? Or do they pose a dangerous threat, reversing hard fought, historic declines in youth smoking? Join us for this special event to hear Mitch Zeller, Director of the US Food and Drug Administration’s Center for Tobacco Products, Iowa Attorney General Tom Miller, and other domestic and global experts discuss the role of e-cigarettes in ending the tobacco epidemic.
This event is presented by the NYU College of Global Public Health, the NYU Rory Meyers College of Nursing and the NYU College of Dentistry.
Due to the popularity of this event, seating is on a first-come-first serve basis.
