Celia Wright is a dedicated public health practitioner and advocate, proudly serving as a mentor to students at NYU's School of Global Public Health. Dedicated to fostering a healthier and more equitable world, she serves as Senior Associate Strategy Officer at Open Society Foundations to amplify the effectiveness of creative strategies for social impact. Celia’s experience spans policy and political advocacy at all levels of government, alongside the provision of strategic guidance and Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) support to non-profits spanning the United States to Latin America to Southeast Asia. She holds degrees in public health from Columbia University and The Ohio State University, and is a proud volunteer at her community garden in New York City.
