The department of Biostatistics will host an information session on the PhD in Public Health- Biostatistics concentration. Our program includes classroom learning, training in consulting and scientific collaboration, and mentored independent research. Students develop and apply statistical methods to advance research in public health and biomedical sciences. They also gain a broad foundation in statistical computing, public health sciences, and learn how to communicate effectively with biostatisticians and scientists from other disciplines.
